Climbing films I have watched at the Reel Rock tonight were truly inspiring. Especially, the story of Adam Ondra. The film started with the great determination of Adam as a child. He chose to set his own goals himself in life. Such a powerful statement! What prevents us from doing so? Why do accept the goal of others for ourselves? That sentence in the film reminded me of the empowerment which is deep inside me.

Adam lives climbing and climbing is kind of his life. He utilizes visualization techniques greatly. He keeps searching for new ways to excel his climbing skills. The doctor who he is working together mentions in the film that humans have still four legs which is originating from the evolution. If we change our perspective of two legs, we have a great potential to understand how our bodies really work.

Doing what you do with full attention and full motivation is not only key to the success but to the state of flow where great amount of joy arises while being in flow. The challenge lies in finding the what drives me, what makes me crazy, when I forget who I am. Adam has this great drive, easiness and happiness. Climbing helps to gain this state of mind clarity and inspiration.
